IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT GREENSBURG:

A huge thank you goes out to Ron Combs and the Tony Stewart Racing Team for putting a great night of racing together at the Bartholomew County Fairgrounds Saturday night, September - 13th.  The feature pays $100 to start and $500 to win!  I hope everyone attends.  I will be signing autographs in the grandstands between races.  Melvin Wolf, the father of fellow racer Patrick Wolf, has planned a spaghetti dinner for the night's event.  Thanks again to everyone who supports the U.M.R.A.

Brownstown Speedway opened up the UMRA TQ Midget Season last Saturday night.  The weather was crisp and cool but the racing was great.  The team unfortunately was caught up in a struggle with the motor all night and took a dreaded DNF in the feature.  Tyler's first experience in the new racecar wasn't all that bad though.  Tyler transfered through the B-Main with a late race rally to finish 2nd.  The S&G Motorsports team wants to thank everyone for the support and hopes to turn the luck around heading into the next race weekend.

The S&G Racing Team loaded up and headed out to Bloomington Speedway Friday, May 16th.  The luck did not exactly turn around at the famous Bloomington Speedway.  Tyler finished just three spots from transferring to the A-Main from the heat race.  That lined Tyler up in 12th place for the B-Main.  By the time the checkered flag flew, Tyler had worked his way up to 5th place which transfered him in to that night's main event.  The A-main went smooth ending in a 18th place finish.  The team again wants to thank everyone who came out for the support.  The next race for the S&G Racing Team is May 30th in Osgood, IN.

Come check out Tyler Garrity Racing and the S&G Motorsports Crew at the Kokomo Speedway tomorrow!  We have traveled to only a few tracks on the circuit this year.  I am more excited than ever to have the opportunity given to me this year to race.  Thank you to everyone who has supported me.  I will Gas 'Er Up at Kokomo and hope for the best!

7-3-08
Tyler Garrity Racing was up and running at the Rush County Fairgrounds this past weekend.  I was able to lead my first laps in UMRA competition and gained valuable experience.  We will be skipping the race in Rushville on July 4th.  We have three races this coming week including the famed Lawrenceburg Speedway on Thursday with the USAC Sprint Cars for Indiana Sprint Week.  Thanks again to everyone who has supported me and hope the best for this 4th of July Holiday!

What a busy week of racing last week was.  The week started on Monday, July 7th at the Bartholomew County Fairgrounds in Columbus, IN.  Then it was off to the newly re-designed Lawrenceburg Speedway.  What a track that was!  The week then ended with the Bloomington Speedway.  The car ran decent at all tracks, but unfourtuantly ended with motor trouble at Bloomington.  You can catch Tyler Garrity Racing at the I-69 Speedway in Gas City, IN this friday night.

8-4-08
As the season starts to wrap and suddenly come to an end, many important races still remain in the UMRA race schedule.  The S&G Racing team hope to have finally solved motor issues and soon be able to be competitive for the remainder of the 2008 season.  This weekend, August 9th, the S&G Racing Team will be running the bull ring of Rushville Speedway.

8-21-08
The S&G Racing team raced at the Kokomo Speedway this past weekend resulting in the best outcome yet this year.  The team was able to grab a 2nd place finish in the heat.  The feature resulted in a top 10 finish.  Look for Tyler Garrity Racing and the whole crew at the Anderson Speedway this coming Saturday night.

8-25-08
The S&G Motorsports Team ran at Anderson Speedway Saturday night and had great success.  We were able to overcome handling issues during hot laps to redeem a season best 6th place feature finish.  I want to thank everyone again for the continued support as we head off to the super fast Twin Cities Speedway this coming Labor Day Weekend.
